I am a Post Doctoral Fellow at INSEAD's Organizational Behavior Area. Prior to this I completed my Ph.D. in Organizations and Management at Yale School of Management. 

My research investigates how social dis/similarity and organizational context shape network dynamics, examining its consequences for individuals and organizations.
